Why shouldn't I book directly with Disney?If a special offer becomes available, Disney will not call you. We keep track of your vacation and will attempt to get you the special offer. This can add up to substantial savings. We book directly with Disney; there are no additional charges when booking with us!
We are here for you from the time you book your vacation until you return home. We are available 24 hours a day while you're vacationing in the event you have a question, concern or any issue you would like us to help you with. You won't find this online.
Our services are complimentary...we make your dining reservations for free, itinerary planning for free, again, no additional charges when booking your vacation with us! We want you to have time for the other preparations you need to take care of and to have fun at the parks!
I have already booked my Disney vacation online. Can I transfer my reservation to you?
If you booked your Walt Disney World®, Disneyland®, Disney Cruise Line® or Adventures by Disney® vacation directly through Disney, you may be able to transfer your reservation. We don't foresee why you can't, but there are certain conditions that are enforced by Disney, mainly timing of the transfer. Your reservation will remain the same; however, you do get our free benefits!
I've seen on other sites, "Discounted Disney Packages." How come your company doesn't have any Disney discounts?
"Discount" is an enticing and perhaps a misleading word. Disney special offer vacation packages cannot be discounted. We book all Disney vacations directly through Disney. We book your airfare either with Disney or directly with the airlines, whichever is less expensive and we do not add additional fees, hidden or otherwise, to your reservation for booking your air transportation with your vacation package. However, if a company is offering a lesser price than what Disney has, they may be taking it out of their commission and applying it toward your reservation. They may be making up the discount amount somewhere else in your vacation package, etc. We suggest you be an informed consumer and ask questions.

One of our stories.
I had a mom call with their Disney vacation request. She did not want to stay on property because she had heard, "Disney is expensive!" I priced their vacation out as requested, but also did a comparison quote of staying on property. It was more cost effective for them to stay on property (approximately $300.00 less!) and they additionally received the Disney benefits! She was extremely surprised and of course very happy I took the time to help save them money!
Items to consider when thinking about staying off property:
* Hotel cost.
* Does the hotel include transfers to Walt Disney World and what are the operating times? * If you have to/want to go back earlier than the scheduled transfer times, what are your options? If not convenient, you will incur the cost of a taxi ride.
* Convenience to stores and/or restaurants if you should need anything.
* Airport transfer cost to your hotel and back to the airport.
* Meal cost.
* Car rental cost and associated taxes, and extra fees, gas expense, time spent in line, etc.
* Parking cost at the theme parks.
